Return and Exchange Policy
Nordkilde offers a return policy that allows you to return any product to us within 30 days of receiving your purchased items. Return and exchange shipping costs are covered by Nordkilde. The items must be unused, including all original tags, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. You will find a return form and a return document enclosed in your package.

Our return and exchange process is simple and consists of three steps:

Place the products you wish to return or exchange in original and saleable condition, with all original items, along with the return form.

Follow the instructions for drop-off at a shipping partner service point via GLS. Send the package using this return form.

Once we have received and approved the returned items, we will credit your account. If you prefer an exchange, we will send you the new item. If the new item is cheaper, we will credit the difference to the account provided on the return form. If the new item is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.
We cover the cost of shipping for new items. However, we do not replace shipments lost during the return process. Please note that any additional customs duties, taxes, or other extra fees will not be refunded by Nordkilde.
